The Good Business Roadmap
Everything you need to know to set up an impact-driven business
that’s set up for long-term sustainability
“What steps should I be taking to set up my Business for Good?”
This is the question I get asked daily from Good Business Founders who are eager to set up businesses that sustain themselves, as well as the world around them.
Is there a roadmap to setting up a purpose-led business to ensure it’s financially sustainable, it’s positively impacting people and the planet, and it’s not draining you of your energy and time?

“The course has given me clarity and confidence.
I didn’t think I was lacking confidence but I realise what I was doing before was telling people about my business, going “look, isn’t this really exciting”, but I wasn’t asking for specific things. Now I’m clear of what to ask people so I’m confidently going out and getting the help I need to set up the business.”
Alex Delaney, founder of Good Grief Gift Co

About me
My names Sara Osterholzer and I’m on a mission to support purpose-led founders create good businesses that sustain themselves and the world. I’ve been working with early-stage businesses for the last 6 years, from the theory to the practical, and combined what I’ve discovered into a roadmap to help more business owners get it right, the first time around.
Experience
I have a degree in International Business and have a teaching and training qualification, as well as thousands of hours of reading under my belt - digesting frameworks and best practices from other specialists and founders.
I have been part of 4 founding teams, getting down and dirty, turning ideas and passions into sustainable businesses.
This is the second start-up programme I’ve designed and delivered, specifically for good businesses, and I have been an events manager and facilitator for over 5 years. As well as group training, I have 3 years of experience of advising, coaching, and mentoring founders.

“The added value Sara’s insights offered when starting up my business was extraordinary.
Her passion, insight, knowledge, enthusiasm, and ability to nail niggly and challenging issues was refreshing.”
Bianca Donnelly, founder of Great2Create
