Leila Williams, Leila Bike Torque on 1-2-1 Mentoring

"When I reached out to Sara I was looking for someone who could help me to try and turn an idea I had in my head for a business, into something tangible. To make a dream become reality. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I hoped that as a business coach Sara would be able to help me make some sense of the jumbled thoughts and ideas I had. Working with Sara has given me that and more.

Sara provides a safe, positive space in which you can bounce ideas around, try them out without feeling foolish, whittle out those that maybe aren’t quite right and put those that could work, into a plan. She has provided a sounding board which, for someone going it alone, is so important, and she helps to bring out the thoughts that you previously may not have been able to voice.

On a practical note Sara helps create an achievable, step by step plan and a timetable that makes you accountable for getting the steps done. Something I really need as I have a tendency to procrastinate! As well as this practical advice Sara has provided encouragement and support when I felt overwhelmed and when the ever present imposter syndrome kicked in. The fact that we share a mutual passion for motorcycling is a bonus as I know she really understands the thing that is so important to me."
