Krista Aspiras, Impactswell on being in a Peer Support Cohort

“When I reached out to Sara I was looking for a framework to help me build a purpose-driven business - Impactswell. I found her support programme did just that, going through key parts of building a business each week and identifying actionable steps to move forward.

As someone with a separate full-time role who has found it difficult to make time for my business idea, it also offered a way to keep myself accountable.

In the end, the course exceeded my expectations. The insights, tools and templates from Sara's own experiences building a business were incredibly useful, creating value each week.

The peer problem-solving sessions, where each participant could present a specific business challenge and get advice from Sara as well as other participants, proved to be one of the most helpful parts of the programme.

Over the course of the programme, I built my MVP, started talking to my network and The Good Business Club community about my business, and gained the confidence and clarity I need to create a purpose-driven business.

Beyond the content of course, I was pleasantly surprised by how therapeutic each session was - we felt comfortable opening up and speaking candidly about the challenges of our founder journeys.

In fact, while I was specifically looking forward to the post-session action items that would help me build different areas of my business week-by-week, the programme highlighted just how important it is to overcome mental blocks in order to grow a business, too.

Building a business isn't easy; building a business with purpose is even harder. For anyone looking for support launching their good business, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Sara.”
